It was really cool watching her make it. She used her legs, mouth and palps to help form it. You can even see the little spherical indents from where the eggs are inside it.

You can see the funny web she started to make. I think she must of used it to start making her egg sac.

You know you want to see my spiders

This kind of spider invades my basement every year. I love watching them so when we find them I put them in a container. At the time of these pics I had 9 but 2 got eaten by one of the huge females today so now there’s 7. Ive probably had 20 spiders or more in the past 2 months. I feed them bugs from outside, clean there container, give them water and I made them this awesome jungle gym with places for them to hide under. They seem quite content. I love my little spiders! 

I call the big one in this pic Big Mama (shes a female) The males are scared of her. Shes quite aggressive towards them. Ate a few of them so I dont wonder why they always move to get out of her way!

The pink things that look kinda like ears are hides I made for them out of super sculpy. That big female is called Little Mama. Theres another big female I just got yesterday thats way bigger than even Big Mama. I call her Queen Bitch. Shes huge and all the spiders are scared of her. Shes very agressive! Didnt get a good pic of her tho

Happy spider family! There’s actually 9 here but you can only see 7. 2 are on the other side of the jumgle gym. This container sits on my desk and I watch them when I work and stuff. There so fascinating! I really wish I could have a container of spiders like this all year long. Id actually love a tarantula but my family is opposed to the idea. Im not sure why considering 90% of my spiders are caught by and given to me by them!

This is Mina. Shes my kitty. Shes 9 months old and is super sweet and playful! She knows shes my kitty, she follows me from room to room, sleeps on me and makes a cute little trill noise when she sees me. I just love her!
 
 

This is Jazzy. Shes a 7 month old polydactyl (meaning she has more toes than a normal cat) fluffball. Shes super friendly and loves everyone. The day we brought her home she acted like shed lived here for years.

 
 
I cant believe we have 4 cats now! They all get along fairly well. Mina and Mischa kinda have a dominance thing going on. I have no doubt that Mina will be the dominate female though. She reminds me so much of my sweet Tasha kitty and Tasha always was queen bee.

Its like a full time job watching these cats tho! That’s why I haven’t been online in forever. Its like chasing after 3 toddlers all day. There into everything and where there new here and new to each other we had to watch for fighting and marking territory and stuff constantly. I especially had to watch Mina because she was just spayed when we got her and we didn’t want her hurting her stitches.  Now that there settling in more we don’t have to watch them quite as much. Well, there’s going to be some spaying going on in the next 10 days so we’ll have to watch for those stitches too. Hopefully soon I can get caught up on emails and work!

 
It was my birthday on the 17th and I was super surprised when the door bell rang and it was my friends! I just planned on getting chinese food and playing video games all day but this was so much better! I loves me some Luke, Embee and Shannon  They even brought me presents! *__* Embee got me one of the Sandman tankobon (what do they call these comic collections in 1 book in english?) I actually stayed up till 4am reading on my Birthday and eating pop rocks from Luke. I have to read the rest of this series now! Will have to ask Embee where to get more.

Yes! We’re adopting yet another kitty! This one is mine! (Mischa is Mums and Midnight is pretty much Dads) This is a pic that the current owner took. Hes being neutered very soon (hes 10 months old) and I will get to bring him home on the 21st! They said hes very snuggly and sweet! I love him already! Im like 99% sure Im calling him Frankenstein. I always loved the scene in the Adam Sandler movie Big Daddy where he asks the kid what he wants to call himself and he says “Frankenstein!” Its cute right?!

Mischa is doing really well. Shes still skiddish but shes adventuring out and checking out the house alot. She comes over to us and wants pats and rolls around for us and doesn’t run away at evey little sound now. She even came to visit me in my work room for almost an hour today and layed by my chair! She also let my sister pat her. Hopefully she’ll let Luke and Embee get some pats in before she hides from them on Sunday. Hope the weather pisses off and doesn’t storm so I can see them! I loves me some Embee and Lukey! <3

Its only been one month today since Angel passed away. I still miss her terribly and think about her every day. I give her box of ashes a little stroke along the name plate evey day.

I know some people would wonder how I can get 2 new cats so quickly after she died. These cats are no replacement for Angel. No cat could ever replace her. Or my Tasha kitty. I also know that we have a good home here for cats and these kitties needed homes and everyone here has lots of love to give them.

Shes not hiding now but spends most of her time in the furnace room with her litter, food and stuff (kitties sleep in there at night) so she feels thats a safe room. I think she will be a shyer cat and prolly not like strangers once shes used to us. She seems like she will be effectionate with us in time tho. Even now she’ll loop around our legs and roll around the floor.

My Mum took some pics of her so I thought Id share. She got such a cute grumpy face! I read they call this kind of Himalayan face the ‘doll face’ since its not the squished face ‘extreme face’.  I wish these pics showed how blue her eyes are.

She usually looks like a grumpy owl. She does head movements just like an owl including the head turn.

I think her favourite activity is rolling around.

Anyhoo heres a more recent pic of Morrigan. I had soft modded her eyes to be smaller and airbrushed her make ups a couple of months ago. She actually looks kinda soft but sexy now instead of her usual ass kicking sexy bitch look. I think I need to get her out of this dress so she looks more Morrigan like.
